European Work in Progress (EWIP) has selected 25 projects for its ninth edition, which takes place in Hamburg from 28 to 30 September as part of FilmFest Hamburg Industry Days. This year, the event received a record number of more than 270 applications. The selected projects are in the final stages of production or post-production and include fiction, animation, and documentary. EWIP builds on the partnership with FilmFest Hamburg and MOIN Filmförderung Hamburg Schleswig-Holstein, and is supported by Creative Europe – MEDIA. New sponsor Cine Complete is funding an additional award this year.
