The 30th edition of Baltic Sea Docs awarded eight prizes to documentary projects from the Baltic region, Eastern Europe and the Caucasus. Two of Us by Jūratė Samulionytė won two awards, including a €10,000 development grant from ARTE. The Shepherd's Son by Nurlan Hasanli received the Baltic Sea Docs Award. Going Underground by Armands Začs received the BBposthouse Award worth €3,000. Lunatics by Saila Kivelä won the Sheffield DocFest Award. The IDFA Award went to Borderline by Ville Seppänen and Johan Huimerind. Zuzanna Solakiewicz won the East Doc Platform Award with 35 Letters. Yevhen Titarenko's I See No Death received the TV3 Group Award.
