Marjan Gavrilovski has begun shooting his third feature film, *Ants* (*Mravki/Мравки*). The dark comedy-thriller follows Zvonko, a homophobic police inspector who wants to solve his last murder case before retirement. The victim turns out to be a trans woman, after which he teams up with Damjana, the victim's best friend. Nikola Kuzelov plays Zvonko; Senko Velinov portrays Damjana. The script was written by Kuzelov. Shooting is taking place in Skopje and Debar, with Fejmi Daut as director of photography. *Ants* is produced by Romir Jakupi for Time Lapse Movies and is supported by the North Macedonia Film Agency.
