Filmmaker Thom Lunshof discusses his film First Zone on the ferry to Eye Filmmuseum. The film explores a future scenario in which parts of the Netherlands are flooded due to climate change. This speculative premise formed the basis for his story. First Zone is produced by Makaki Productions and is part of the In Competition program of the Edinburgh International Film Festival 2026.
