The Venice Film Festival selected three Dutch projects for the Venice Immersive competition, which is celebrating its tenth edition this year. Nienke Huitenga-Broeren presents Amsterdam 1652, which is already on view at the VR museum Entr in Amsterdam, while Celine Daemen secures her third Venetian selection with the installation Nothing to See Here, following her competition win in 2025 with Songs for a Passerby. Tibor de Jong, working under the name Nemo Vos together with animator Doris Konings, presents the only world premiere of the three with Honeyboys, for which Spinvis is once again responsible for the sound design. The festival takes place from September 2 to 12, 2026.
