During the KVIFF Promises program of the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, the Eurimages Co-production Development Award was presented to *Selamlik*, a Swedish-Danish production directed by Jerry Carlsson and written by Khaled Alesmael, with Frida Mårtensson involved as producer. The award comes with a cash prize of 20,000 euros, equivalent to approximately 22,800 dollars, and was presented as part of the broader industry program the festival organizes to support co-productions in an early stage of development.
