I enjoy playing supporting roles, because in small moments they often tell the most. For me, there is a particular depth in quiet subtleties, ruptures and transformations. I am drawn to the real over the perfect: characters we might encounter anywhere, in film as in life, who move us through their naturalness, their ordinariness, and their inner truth.
